About Me.

My name is Kristen, and I am the founder of Sleep Wise Solutions LLC. As a wife and a proud mother of two wonderful kids, I have always recognized the importance of quality sleep for both myself and my children. I successfully implemented sleep training at an early age for my kids, and it made a profound difference in their sleep habits. Witnessing the positive impact it had on my own family, I found myself frequently approached by friends, family, and co-workers seeking advice on getting their children to sleep through the night. I enthusiastically shared the WISE  knowledge  I had acquired about sleep training and establishing healthy sleep routines. Being passionate about helping families, I decided to pursue certification as a sleep consultant when my teaching career took a backseat due to my husband's job-related relocation. This allowed me to continue supporting and empowering families in their quest for restful nights and overall well-being.
 

Kristen is a Certified Pediatric Sleep Consultant with a strong background in Child Development and Early Childhood Education for over 20 years. Combining her passion for babies and her gift for teaching,   Kristen has devoted her life to helping families transition from sleep-deprived nights to restful slumbers.

The philosophy that drives her work is the conviction that a well-rested baby is a happier, healthier baby. She is committed to helping families achieve this balance, understanding that sleep is as crucial to parents' well-being as it is to their child's development.

Embodying a perfect blend of professionalism and compassion, Kristen prides herself on the personal relationships she builds with each family she works with. When she is not transforming the lives of families with her sleep training services, Kristen can be found enjoying her time with her own kids, volunteering at her kids’ school, camping and enjoying the outdoors.

My Consulting Process

  • Book a complimentary 15-minute discovery call, either over the phone or through Zoom, to delve into your little one's sleep challenges.

  • Clients can easily return to my website, where they can browse and choose the desired service they wish to book. They can conveniently schedule a date to review the sleep plan and complete their payment through the website, ensuring a seamless and hassle-free transaction.

  • To initiate the process, the client will be requested to complete a comprehensive family information questionnaire. This helps gather essential details and ensures a clear understanding of the client's needs and expectations.

  • Kristen will diligently create a customized sleep plan tailored specifically for the client's needs. Once completed, she will promptly send the comprehensive sleep plan via email, providing clear guidance and instructions to assist the client in achieving their desired sleep goals.

  • Following the delivery of the personalized sleep plan, we will thoroughly review the plan together. During this sleep consultation, we will address any questions or concerns the client may have, ensuring a thorough understanding and providing further clarity on the path towards successful sleep training. Sleep coaching will begin within 72 hours of the phone call. 

  • Clients that choose the 2 week session will benefit from two weeks of continuous support, available via text, email, or phone calls, from 8 am to 8 pm. This dedicated support ensures that clients have access to guidance and assistance throughout their sleep training journey, providing reassurance and addressing any concerns that may arise along the way.

  • At the end of the two-week period, we will schedule a 30-minute wrap-up call to celebrate your sleeping success and address any remaining questions or concerns you may have.

What does research say about
sleep training to improve sleep?

Sleep training has shown positive effects on babies, leading to improved sleep and wake schedules, enhanced security, predictability, reduced irritability, and overall decreased crying and fussiness.

By implementing sleep training strategies, you can provide your child with the opportunity to establish healthy sleep habits, which in turn positively impacts their overall development.

Moreover, extensive studies have shown that sleep training does not cause any long-term harm. In fact, researchers have conducted follow-up assessments comparing children who underwent sleep training with those who didn't, and after a period of five years, no significant differences were found in terms of the children's development or attachment.
